Raising the bar in early childhood education.
Every child learns at a different pace, which is why our elective programs are crucial in helping the growth of your child. We focus on providing an all-round education with equal emphasis on the arts, sports, learning and other activities.
In addition to the standard curriculum, you can choose additional skills you want your child to develop or explore and discover your child’s hidden talents. Our programs are offered onsite during school hours to maximize family time.
Elective programs at Academics PreKindergarten
Music is a language, and children are programmed to absorb languages. Piano lessons help children develop the very same skills needed to accomplish language arts, like reading.
Academics offers private or small group piano lessons. Our qualified piano teacher is certified to teach young students how to play the piano. These lessons are available during the school day for your convenience.
As students of Piano, your children will benefit from an environment that promotes:
Academics offers a karate program for children age 2.5 to 5 years. Each child will be provided a White Belt, and each karate term will end with student testing and belt graduation.

The karate program is inspirational, focused, and recognizes that kids are kids. A steady karate practice helps to develop a well-rounded character, while increasing mental concentration, presence and focus.

Outdoor Education: Forest School
“Must we always teach our children with books? Let them look at the mountains and the stars up above. Let them look at the beauty of the waters and the trees and flowers on earth. They will then begin to think, and to think is the beginning of a real education.” — David Polis
Academics Forest camp is an outdoor education program for children age 5 to 9. Children will have the opportunity to connect with nature. Children will be immersed in activities that involve mind, body, and spirit in the great outdoors. From exploring the forest floor, building shelters, to learning how to tell time by making sundials. Every day will be a new adventure! Participants will work in teams to build trust, friendships, as well as learning new life skills.
Our Outdoor Education Program allows children an opportunity to learn through full-day outdoor experiences.
